appraisal on a Commerical Condo

Anyone know..or can do one of these for me. Looking at getting a loan from the bank. its a small. 1000 Sq foot condo..and i need a appraisal done on it..

any info would be great..

Usually the bank will recommend a few Appraiser's that they work with.

Yup, check with the bank first.

In fact if you use the wrong appraiser the bank may not accept it...especially on commercial property!!!!!
