How cheap do you think I could find a Mercedes-Benz 300E or anything in the SL-class (ie. 500SL) that's from 1980-1991 in clean condition?

How many clicks on that 15 grand clean E300?

I've always wondered if I sold my car how much I could get for it. (I'm not selling though :D )

At least 100-150 clicks, but for a car that age seems pretty good!!

I think Hyatt has a 300E going for $12,000 or something, can't remember how many clicks though.

i think for an 500SEl or even a 420SEL (1986 models) you are looking at at least 15000 for one in pristine condition, which will be hard to find

What?! :S

I was looking all around on the AutoTrader and shit and most of the Mercedes' are going for $2,500 - $7000 in good condition.

when i say mint i mean absolute mint. i have a 1986 420sel with only 42000kms and it has never touched snow or rain. appraised at $27000. obviously it will be impossible to find one like that but one in mint condition with 150000kms or less should be no less than $12000. and 3G your buddy with the 560sel, if in mint condition it was a steal!!:hitit:
