So i was driving on deerfoot, minding my own business when i saw sumthing in my rearview mirror. And i was like wtf is that? So i slowed down from 110 to 100, to catch a glimpse. Turned out to be a Lotus. So I quickly grabbed my phone to take a pic. While flumbing to unlock it, it passed me. So when i finally got a pic, it was far into the distance.

Heh... i don't got a cable for my phone so i had to take a pic with my digicam of my phone, lol

Oh yea it turned off on mcknight, while i was going on 64th

I didnt get a chance to look at the plates. BLEH

I saw one on Monday morning in the NE area... a dark blue one I think. It was on the side street coming to the main street where it pavement was ripped out for construction. The Elise driver stopped to think about driving on the ripped pavement, but did a U-turn to avoid going onto that street instead.

There are definitely a lot of them out there! I wonder how many of those people knows how to drive an Elise fast. Sadly, a lot of them will never do what it was designed to do.

i see the orange one all the time with some lady driver, and i always see a grey one (like the pic above) parked in the little strip mall by Patterson and Coach Hill.

And i think they look nice for that price range, i would like to get specs on it though and 1/4 mile running time.

I like it, and the specs are good news.

I would probably buy one because its different than your average porshe boxter that everyone buys for a luxury sports car.

I wouldn't call an Elise "Luxury" by any means. It is as stripped down and basic as you can get. I imagine it would be hard to live with every day, but a lot of fun at the same time. One of my colleagues has an orange one. I'll have to ask him how it is as a daily driver.
