Good Day,

I have been working in Banff for the past 6 months as a Technical Support Specialist, supporting desktops(windows 2000/XP) , Servers(2000/2003), hardware repairs, Lan/Wan/VPN Management, Cisco IP Phone services administration, Cisco Callmanager, Cisco Unity, etc......... Cannot list it all here..... I also have a lot of experience with web design, development, mockups...

Great if you need to get your foot in the door and need to gain experience, but otherwise... The pay is poor compared to the rest of the industry, the bonus is a joke, and they operate under the craziest secrecy. CEO needs to relinquish more than a little control. But they make cool stuff.

Naa I have 4 years experience in the IT field, and 2 years education.
