For sale is my 1998 Honda VTR1000F Firestorm

I want a quad or a dirt bike for summer so if you have one let me know for a possible trade!!

Mods deleted my last one for some odd reason so here it is again!

23,000 KM
1000CC V-twin
Carborated
6-Speed
Kerker Pipes (LOUD)
Carbon Fiber flush mount signals up front
Dual Discs up front
Rear Solo Cap
Pin Striped Wheels (yellow)
Cut rear fender
Newer really expensive bridgestone tires in the middle of last season
Fresh lube/oil
Awsome condition, runs and drives perfect

The bike was downed at a start off last year and slid no more than a foot. Damage is barely noticable. Just one small scrape on the pipe and an inch long scrape on the fairing..which was covered with touch up paint...and isn't noticable.

Other than that it is a really sick, unique sounding bike that will scare anyone that you rip past. It isn't nessesarily for beginners in my opinion being a 1000. There is rediculous amounts of tourque and someone new to a bike could easily kick the back end out.

The only things that it is getting close to needing are a new chain (because it's on the last notch of the tentioner) and new back breaks soon.

That isn't a lot of km's for the year! And it is in mint shape other than the small damage from the tip.

it has almost double the Km's so it's worth the $4000 he's asking. If you want mine you'll have to do much better than $4000!!

bump for wicked bike, bought a same year red one a few months ago.... ($3200.00, 38,000KM, never dropped so you were right that bike is a good deal!)

if you are interested in swaping the pipes for stock ones back for some money let me know I would be extremly interested

as well as I would like a front stand and maybe look at some other accesories you have

I don't really have any other accessories for it! Not really interested in selling the pipes though sorry, the sound is what makes the bike!
