If the show is about a race for pinks, do it 1950's style (and yes, I have seen the show). 1950's style = straight up, no lengths, best man/machine wins, no arguments or you get 15 greasers jumping you and beating you with spanners

the reason there are lengths on the show is because people don't bring the cars they're supposed to. If they were all heads up races, everyone would just bring a 9 second car when they're supposed to bring like a 13 second car.

The show is more about negotiating and sandbagging skills than who has the fastest car outright.

oh man he was so pissed when he got back to the line, he refused to do it again

the host is a goof...when he lines up the cars and points to both cars before waving them to race, he looks like a sissy version of big john macarthy from UFC :rofl: they should have got a girl to do that part instead

What pisses me off the most is the way they place the comercials. You will see one or two right after they negotiate then another 2-3 more a sec after they launch. I get so pissed i dont even watch the show.
