Opinions on 2002/2003 Sedans

I am looking to go into a larger vehicle from my 2000 Integra Type R.

Looking at the 02 Infinite I35, 02 TL Type S, and the 03 Accord V6.
What are your opinions?

The I35 is amore luxury version of the Maxima. I had a 02 Maxima before and liked it quite a bit. The I35 looks better on the outside, but I like the interior of the Max.

The EX V6 Accord I like. Sporty yet classy.

The TL-S some say are bland. I am quite into Acuras and like the Tiptronic.

I have driven the Honda and TL-S before. I would say resale value would be best on the TL-S then Accord then I35.
Gonna go try them out again this weekend.

Any opinions would be welcomed.

Looks to me your looking in the mid 20's for price.

I would pick up an 2002 maxima, as that is the first year they put in their awesome 3.5L VQ V6 with the 255HP, and it was pretty cool with the 6spd manual if you aren't set on automatics. A 2002 I35 will be more money, but if exterior styling is more important to the maxima interior your prefer, then look for one of those. You will also have to take an automatic in the I35. The accord will be your typical Honda, very well built, very reliable, and will hold its value better than anything else on your list most likely.

I would take any of the above cars above the TL-S, I have driven them all and liked the acura the least as far as driving pleasure goes. It is, however, put together very well and will be extremely reliable.

Go drive all 3 of them again, and weigh interior preference VS your favourite to drive VS exterior styling and then pick which one meets your requirements the best.
