rsx windsheild washer

i know this isnt that bad of a problem but i was wondering what could be wrong. i just purchased a 02 rsx-s and the windsheild washer fluid does not squirt out when i push the lever for mist. i have checked the hoses and tried the fusebox but neither seemed to work( dont ask about the fusebox i figured it could have soemthin to do with the washer fluid) i also filled the washer fluid up to 3/4 way up and there is no leaks anywhere. someone help me out

^force pressurized air through both tubes coming out of the resevoir, residue clogged the system.
