Wheel Re-Painting or Re-Finishing

Hey is it possible to refinish a rim or get it repainted like chrome bronze or gun metal.

this question is brought up because i went dont gravel roads with my acura and the rims dug into the gravel chipping the crap outta the back 2 wheels im just curious, is it possible to get the fixed i would like them bronze... thanx for any posts please maybe pm me if u know of any solutions other then buying new rims

u can wet sand the rims depending on how big the chips are..
and get some rim paint and paint them

you need to remove the clear coat on the wheels first. then sand it down a little bit. you won't need to go hardcore like the thread since they're polishing the wheels.

its really not that hard to refurbish your own wheels just a little time, i re painted and refinished my wheels in black it took about 3 hours of sanding on each wheel (i did it all by hand) but they turned out perfect all the curb rash is gone and my wheels like brand new out of the box if you want some pics or direction or even someone to do it for you pm me
