For a budget that low, I would suggest either a civic/corolla/tercel or a 1998ish caviler/sunfire. You can look around a bit and find a good clean one with low KM for 3000-4000$. My neighbor just picked a super low KM 1998 immaculate sunfire GT up for $3500. The car is built like crap but it is very simple, and parts are cheap so it should cause you less problems than anything older for the money.

Don't buy any "good old" Russian cars though

Po4emu Crown Vic fignja na kolesah obosnui pozaluista?

Thanks, but dont like Honda Civic, it looks like everything else nothing stand this car out of line and there is hundreds of them for sell in my region e.g. just few Crown Vic's avalaible here. And i want something special not just another Mercedes or Honda.

A crown vic is certainly nothing special that's for sure. I'd take a mercedes or honda over it any day.

You can post here all you want, its a public forum - just take into consideration when you get information it is coming from a Canadian based community.

1998ish sunfire would be a 1998 or somewhere around that year Pontiac Sunfire. I'm not sure if they have those in russia, but they'd be cheap. Also if your looking for something at all special, the sunfire is definately not for you.

Crown Vic is very unreliable in my eyes and it won't last you very long. In that price range, it will be an earlier 90s model so the chances of you driving it (especially on Russian roads) for very long is unlikely.

Roomey? Yes. Are there better cars with the same room? Definitely.

Can you even get a Crown Vic in Russia? I never saw them and didn't think that they were available to be brought in.

The crown vic is likely one of the most reliable vehicles ever built...

In my personal experience, I have drove a couple and knew people that had them and from these examples, none of them really held up.

On a larger scale, I do not know how reliable they are.

Guess theyr reliable if most taxy cars and police cars in us are Crown Vic's.

Any way lets forget about Crown Vic for me, at moment i dont have money for all this extra protection systems for gas tank.

What you think about
Chrysler Concorde (1993-1997)

Try and Find a Lancer Shelby or Lebaron GTS...(89 Lebaron GTS Shelby TII (euro model))
They are Super Rare over there but there are a few collectors over there..then you might even have a car that goes up in Value

There is no way of you knowing how many repairs have needed to be done though. You can keep any car running to 1,000,000K if you want to put in some cash. They are used for fleet vehicles because they are cheap to buy, roomy and cheap to get parts for - not because their built well. The spare tire takes up almost the whole trunk too, which is retarded.
