Looking for a Subaru mechanic...

Can anyone recommend one?

I'd rather develop a relationship with a good backyard mechanic or private shop that deals with Subs, rather than the dealer...

All Makes Subaru in the NE is good. Guy used to work at a dealership and started his own thing.

allmakes is not bad. some problems due arise but which shop doesnt have them. they are much cheaper than the dealerships tho.

Allmakes is good. They are definitely better than the dealership. however, if you have the time and patience there is probably almost nothing that you couldn't fix yourself on the car with the help of a friend or two.

My sentiments exactly. Anything I can't/wont do myself I take to All Makes.
