Brake rotors... high and low quality??

Hi guys ,

I'm new around here and i wanted to know the difference in performance between high quality and low quality brake rotors for a mazda 626 v6 93. Is three times the price worth the difference in performance?

Sometimes changing the pads make a pretty good difference, but for the most part, you get what you pay for...
