Air Cared

Might seem like a dumb question but I've been looking in bc for a new car and some say they have been air cared, what is this exactly?

BC cars: first 3 years on a new car is Air Cared.
after that I believe its a yearly test.

air caring is too expensive for something I never asked to bother with.
