Fs: 96 civic, many new parts 3500$

hey this car is up for sale again, its a 1996 honda civic lx, black 5 speed 240km. Great daily driver or possible tuner. Magnaflow exhaust, clairion deck, Jbl sub, and i believe it was an Alpine amp.
This belongs to my friend who bought it off me and now he wants a bike.

Since he bought it from me he has installed:

A new water pump
A new Timing belt
Had the steering column checked out and i think he fixed something on it.

And from what ive done before so:

New tires
New Idle air control motor
Engine serviced for carbon build up.


The car is good, and he is looking for 3500$

does this car have a rebuilt status?

I believe it does from the first owner a long time ago. Ive asked about this too and i was told by the registry that it has undergone these specific tests by the government to make sure it safe on the roads.

I think it has also been on the road for more than 100 000 k since it happened.But i dont know much about what actually happened but i notice that the driver side has been repainted when the sun hits it in a special way.
