currently look to be fit
but i ain't lookinto bench 300 lbs
more looking for speed and flexiblity
ie acrobatics of sorts...
any input on how to achieve would be nice

ill start running drypond with legwieght for start
after that i am lost

From what you've said, you will want to weight train for endurance but also focus heavily on Pilates/Yoga since you want the speed/flexibility.

that's too vague of a question, its like asking how I should mod my car? If your looking for speed and flexibility, like you said do acrobatics :dunno:

Speed you can do plyometrics till you puke....there are hundreds of drills you can use....

Would weight training be for mass. and Aerobic exercises be for endurance. I think it depends on weight and reps to make weight training an endurance exercise.
