Bill of sale for a car? Go to the registry and get one for free. They have a whole pad of the forms - just take as many as you need.

you can print that out. You should fill out two copies, one for your records and one for the buyers records. Its simply fill in the blanks and sign at the bottom. ON TOP OF THAT you should also fill in the back of the old registration.
