I just came back from Universal Studio's and took their tour

They have the following just sitting Collecting Dust

2- R34 used in Fast and the Furious 2 and 3
1 -Gold Supra
1- 350Z used in Tokyo Drift
1- 240z used in Tokyo Drift
1- Pink S2000
1- Red RX-7

I asked the tour guide if they will sell these supped up cars and he said probably not they will just sit here untill Universal Pictures decides to dispose of them

Yeah for those movies they had like 10 copies of each car for different purposes some being fully functional, others just for stunts, others just for show. I saw the same cars at Universal Florida except they also had the Evolution and Eclipse Spyder there and none of them were functional copies. So they probably lose nothing letting them sit there.

Those cars are all stock. They are made to look functional in the movies.

Some magazine tested them a while ago and they weren't any better than the originals. They mostly had suspension mods, tires and paint jobs.

They're not legal in the US, so they will probably be cut up for scrap.
