Where's a good place to get a 3S-GTE fully rebuilt?

I'm wanting to get my 3S-GTE engine fully rebuilt with the block sleeved and forged pistons and rods, etc. Basically, bullet proof.

Who should I talk to in Calgary for this? or just outside?
