need car gone now.

Car has a blown turbo right now...and burns lots of oil when started. I have a rebuilt garrett right here with 0 miles on it ready to swap. I do not have the time or space to replace it though.

Car already has installed:
255lph walbro fuel pump
accufab afpr
t2 rad/ic
autometer a/f guage
hks BOV
grainger boost controller
custom 2.5" CAI with 3" k&n cone filter.
new fuel filter
new wheel bearings (all new)
new ball joints (also all new)
new brake pads in the rear.
cross drilled rotors in front....cant remember about in the rear..will check in a bit.
installed 90 sq feet of sound deadening (b-quiet extreme) www.b-quiet.com
2.5`` side exit mandrel exhaust, dynomax muffler.
180 thermostat with the small hole.
16`` pumper rims (painted nicely white).
20,000km on clutch.
swapped a 2.2 in from a 1989 shelby daytona (yes the realy strong common block 2.2)

im sure there is probobly more stuff I dont remember.....

the bad is....

some of the interior needs to be re-installed....including pretty muich everything in the rear, I have all of the pieces to clip on, I do not have the rear carpet though.

the turbo is busted
the horn dosnt work
speedometer dosnt work.

I think thats all....

I will also give the buyer:

- a new t2/t3 clutch I bought from TU a couple months bax, in box not installed.
- a bunch of cylinder heads, some partialy ported, 1 fully ported...1 needs a vale job ect...
- a set of +20 injectors if I can find them
- a powder-coated intake and valve cover, colored blue, shiny flakes, very very nice.
- braided oil feed line
- blue round tooth fidenza cam gear mounted on a cam.
- the rebuilt garrett turbo.

you gotta come pick it up here in Lethbridge, I just want enough money to pay off the debt I now have. 1000$ canadian firm.

I have a few pics here, non of the engine bay, I will try and maybe get some later. Body is in pretty good shape, 1 minor rust spot and a long scratch on passenger side. Does not come with tires on the pictures, comes with some cheaper tires on same pumper rims.

800$ without extra parts. Actually for 800$ I will still throw in the rebuilt turbo and the cylinder heads.

A few questions for you:

* You don't mention to total KM's on the car....
* The interior appears to be gray cloth seats, with red steering wheel/carpet?
* Did you only swap in the 89 2.2 or also the tranny? (Hoping you left the A568 - and actually the 91 2.5L would have been a Common Block as well, would it not have been?)
* Is the speedo just the gear that goes into the tranny, that normally goes?
* "Car has a blown turbo right now...and burns lots of oil" to confirm, the "turbo also burns lots of oil", or the "engine burns lots of oil" - ie: is there one issue, or two issues?
* Will the car make a trip under its own power, even if its consuming a dinosaur at a time? :> Got no truck....

there is a pic with odometer readin up there, its at 187156km.

interior is mostly black, with the exception of the carpet and head liner, which are maroon. at 1 point everything was maroon but I changed over most of it.

only swapped in the 1989 2.2, the original 568 is still in there. The engine was a common block 2.5....I am just stating that the 2.2 common block is much stronger yet, because of the stronger pistons and forged crank that the 2.5 dosnt have.

I assume the speedo is just the gear in the tranny (or sds) I often get a fault code saying faulty speed distance censor so it is most likely.

turbo burns oil

car will not run long under its own power, turbo is seized and exhaust backpressure causes it to stall very easily.
