WTB: Low Capacity MicroSD/Transflash

I am looking for any low capacity MicroSD card that is cheap and is or below 256MB. Motorola with thier infinite wisdom decided that in order to take 300kb megapixel pictures, you need to have a microSD card in the phone....even though it has 10MB of onboard memory. Let me know what you have!
