Anyone do circuit training? I'm looking for a circuit training schedule that's more stamina based... I'm googling stuff up right now but wondering if there are some here who have their own specific schedule..

ummm, really just do the circut, its based for people that only have 30-45 min in the gym, hits all the major muscle groups and does the trick if thats what you want... personally i like to focus each day on diffrent muscles.. i have a pretty weird plan... eg. day 1 chest and bi's day 2 tri's and traps day3 lats and full ab's workout day 4 legs.. not many people like it but it works for me usially takes about 1-2 hours depending on my chatting
