No rust, drives no problem - and it's a standard.

Since I've had a couple people ask - I'm not looking for trades, need the garage space - thanks though.

I think the price is set reasonably - it's obo so there's a bit of flexability, but to do a *proper* timing belt job (as was done here) including water pump replacement etc it's almost $500 alone, add the spiral battery (so you never have to worry about winter starts) and a few other things and it's a pretty good deal for whoever ends up with this car.

My fiancee drove this car, it wasn't driven hard and it always had full synthetic oil changes (Mobil 1) at 5000km intervals.

Any other questions please PM me and I'll be happy to answer them.

is it driveable at the moment?? with the left CV boot and all? is it just sweating? or is it fuked?

Car is perfectly driveable right now, CV boot cracked recently and hence the boot should be able to be replaced instead of the whole half-shaft. No clicking is heard when turning, it would likely keep driving without replacement for another 6 months to a year depending on how you drive.

Keep the questions coming :)

Is it fwd or awd ? Who rebuilt the head ?

It's FWD, and the head was purchased from a beyond member who had this to say about it:

"...literally every part in this head was replaced 5000km ago...guides, valves, lifters, springs, etc...he spent somethin like $800 on the rebuild...if you come look at the head you'll be able to tell...it's in perfect shape."

What part of Calgary are you in? If I can get my MX6 fixed up in time, I would be very anxious to drive down and take a look.
