Whats the Diff '02 Honda Civic SI-G and '01EX

Hey guys, hoping to get some insight from the experts.

I've been checkin out a 01-03 Civic and came across the SI-G Model. I went to the dealership and lets say he wasnt the smartest cookie when he asked 'whats the difference between this and an 01 EX' that was sitting beside it.

I figured I was wasting my time with him, couldnt even make a decent deal. Whats the main difference between these models and whats a decent price range for this...

Very small changes. Vtec 127hp vs the standard 112. Carbon fiber trim kit in some models and ABS. Other than that they are pretty much the same.
