Hey guys, I'm looking into buying my buddies Cobra and was wondering how much these cars are typically worth or go for? The car has 151,000 kms, cobra rims, 3.5 inch exhaust, over 300 horsepower, tint, black on black and a lot of extra mods not listed. Reving the engine lite my eyes right up knowing how much power this stang really has. Just wondering if anyone could help me out with a price range cause Im use to buying imports and need a change.

Thanks for the Help Scott

1991 Stang Cobra has 300HP?!? WTF?! My dad's buddy offered me one in great condition for $500. The guy was a coke addict and was moving out and needed to get rid of all his shit. He was ready to give it to me when I declined. I didn't accept for obvious reasons. :drama:

As far as I know, Cobra's didn't exist in `91, they started in 1993 at 245hp.

I believe all Canadian Mustang GTs from 1987-1993 were called Cobra GT, and just GT in the U.S.

it all depends on the mods and the condition... could be worth anywhere from 5k to 15k...

What kind of mods? Over 300 HP NA in those era fox bodies requires a head change. Probably a intake manifold change too. Like tictactoe2004s post said, all dependent of mods and condition.

300 sounds a little high, with out knowing the rest of the mods. Maybe 300 at the flywheel.

Anyway if there is No rust, all the panalls are stragiht, the door locks and windows work, no rips in the cloth, maybe $11,000 If its not PERFECT, closer to $5000-8000. If it's a rust bucket with oil leacks, $1500-2500

Good luck, its a good car to start building on, those engines are good if the maintness is done.

Lol, that sucks, my `05 has 345 bHp, and still gets over 600 km on 55 liters.

Hahahah, I should mention that's pure highway driving @ 120 km/h... in town I get about 450 km / 55 litres. :nut:
