View Full Version : How to bypass or use OEM e36 amp?

Hello all!!

NEED some help NOW!! I was installing a new Alpine HU, wired it all up with a harness but I totally neglected the OEM amp.

The OEM HU and harness has an extra connection that kinda looks like a 15pin connector that communicates to the OEM amp in my 93 325i, how do I get the oem amp to work with the Alpine HU?

hey you should try bimmer forums (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/index.php?)

An then ask in the audio section. Theres a lot of bmw experts on there.
