although I do not have to justify my actions, they were lame jokes, and it wasn't the lameness that got to me. It was the racial references in a couple of them. To me personally it doesnt matter if they are referenced at terrorists or nuns...once race enters the game they are not right.

Again, no one is asking you to stay. If you do have issues, then please go to another forum. I don't understand why thousand's of users are there 24/7 and have no issues, but a few of you do. And if you do then nothing is stopping you from just lurking, or not even being here altogether. And if you had read therules when you had joined you would see that a warning is not always required for a banning.

Since when were we obligated to provide warnings? The only ones mods need to justify bannings to are other mods. The rules are clearly in place (to which you agreed to when you signed up) and really, anyone who uses common sense shouldn't have any problems with it. Do we really need to tell people to use their heads? We let a lot of things slide here, but racism will not be tolerated.

Your right, no one is wanting me to stay.

But when I get banned twice, and then after that I make NO mistakes at all, and get banned another 4 times, it makes no sense at all.

I review all of my last post in my last 2 accounts and they all conform to the rules.

When the mods take it upon themselves to just go around banning people for no reason, i.e, when they figure out its the same guy as the last few accounts, it gets annoying.

There is no rule stating that one that has been banned before should be banned instantly again when they are trying to behave and conforming to the rules. This is when waving the epenis becomes apparent for some users.

Look if you all want to start up something then fine. Here we go. A cowboy hat...is just that...a hat. A turban, that is a symbol of a religion. An article of clothing that holds great value. Now it should not matter that the turban is worn by a Sikh, or a Taliban member. If you wanna make jokes about terrorists...then please go nuts. But if you have to bring colour, creed or religion into those jokes then they WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Please read the rules, you have been warned by D'z and now myself. If you still have issues then please PM myself or another one of the mods and we can ensure you will not have anymore issues with them.
