satuday night moon

The most amazing moon is out tonight. Sitting at the city line level is the largest half round orange moon I have seen in years. It is slowly slipping into cloud cover.

Hopefully some of our local Beyond photographers have been able to snap some pics. My SD300 just doesnt cut it.

I seen it too and I was going to take some shots... I WAS going to wait a bit to seee if it would rise a bit more.. So I started to watch SNL and fell asleep :(

It would have been especially cool if you could have gotten a shot from west of the city and had the downtown in there as well.
