The description on the "boots of escape" video says that it is "a short clip from the show reno 911". Im pretty sure this is a new show that is out on TV, that is sorta a spoof on COPS.

This is a TV show "Reno 911". It has been around for a while now, at least 5 years.

It's a decent show, definitely has its moments.

Take Supertroopers and convert it into a sitcom.
