Overseas Delivery

Does anyone know what companies, out of Porsche, Aston Martin, Audi, and Ferrari do overseas delivery. I know that with Mercedes you can pick up a car in Germany, than drive it around and drop it off at a port and they will ship it to Canada. This is the service I'm looking for with the other companies.

I know that BMW and Volvo offer similar programs as mercedes.

My neighbor tried it with his Porsche and he said it was crazy expensive. He wanted to pick his new Porsche frem the factory in Zuffenhausen but the cost was not worth it.

Nismo, was the extra cost due to travel and shipping, or is there an extra charge on the car itself?

And upon further searching it appears Porsche and Ferrari both have Euro Delivery, and Audi does not. Still waiting for a reply from Aston.
