pw,ps,power seats,air conditioner (needs refilling)

no rust
brand new all season tires (still have reciepts)
good daily driver, still powerful and accelerates well.
the car was hit on the back passenger side, caused medium dents in the back side and the bumper is broken/cracked.
got a bumper from pick and pull just haven't put it on.
open to any offers, i need to get rid of it.
