Does this have to be smoked in that shisha thingie or can you use papers to make cigs outta this?

It's shisha for the hookah... I would think..would be WAY too wet and moist to smoke in paper

You can't roll this, its wet tobacco intended for a Hookah/Shisha/whatever you want to call it.

if its the big box, it should have 250 grams.

Around town, a small box (50 grams) selld for $16-25 depending on where you go and the large boxes sell for $40.00 + so a very good deal!!!!
