I bought it from a dealership and prefer an SUV so thats why I'm selling.
I believe I am the third owner if I remember the paperwork correctly.

Just get the VIN from the seller and call Lexus Canada at
1-800-265-3987 and they will answer that question for you as well as provide any details you might want to know about remaining powertrain warranty.
