My gf just bought a car last week and the pervious owner was selling it for her sister, so she didn't have the registration but the car was under the name of whoever was selling it, it was a really cheap car. Anyways, we just filled the bill of sell and didn't get the back of the registration, would this be good enought to transfer the ownership to us?
