how much could a person realistically expect to get selling a car
(92 325i) for parts?

i am asking because the car has some problems that could cost 2000 to fix.

I think it depends on what parts are still working, and what those parts are worth. And you will most likely get more for the car if you're willing to part it out as opposed to trying to sell the whole car.
