Wanted Roommate
For September 1

Looking for someone single, professional, clean and responsible to share a 2 bedroom basement suite in Marlborough NE, 15-20 min from downtown, near bus and grocery stores. Lot's of parking. $600 includes washer and dryer, utilities, cable and internet. $350 DD. Must be a non-smoker. Landlords are a retired couple so no sleepovers and parties please!

Just out of interest : its hard to impose those kind of restrictions, moving out, or your own place = freedom.

Yeah...I had the same issues at the begining before I went ahead and settled there. Actually I just got here in calgary. I'm originally from Montreal. I figured I could'nt be to picky, specially these days...besides, for the price I have the place for...newly renovated...everything included, I'm willing to make small sacrifice. Like I said earlier there are other places elsewhere you can go do the things you can't do down there... I mean that was the agreement between me and my landlord...so I respect that. You have to remember that it's a house...not an appartment. For now I'll satisfy myself of what I have and not what I can or can't do.
