Like topher91 had posted, DINAN is having a 50% off sale on all software upgrades. maxboostR had also told me that Active Autowerke is ALSO having a 50% off sale. I actually ended up ordering a chip for my car from AA, received it within 5 days, and installed it yesterday. I'm pretty impressed with the difference it made (15.75rwhp @ 5300 | 17.02ft lbs @ 4500 claimed I'm guessing at sea level) and the total damage was just under $300 CA shipped. Best $300 I've ever spent on a car upgrade EVAR. Just thought I'd share with you guys that might've been considering purchasing a chip for your cars

And I'll vouch for the power that the chip makes

NICE! Is yours a 325? I didn't know that Active Autoworks also had a sale.
Did you have to specify to them a certain # off your chip?

I just went to their website, is it the Conforti chip you got then?
Can you tell me exactly how much it totalled? if you don't mind that is..... ;)

Yeah, I was looking at this, but it sucks for 96+ people, we don't use a chip. We need a reflash instead which sucks :thumbsdow

Yes, it's a 325is. It's either a 403 or 413 at the end of the part number; one's for EWS (chip in the key) or non-EWS (no chip in the key). You'll also have to tell them it's an auto. If you need help putting the chip in, they have online step-by-step instructions.

No it's their in-house AA chips that they manufacture themselves. I haven't got my CC statement yet, but the chip itself was $140 US ($280 US minus 50%) plus $25.00 US shipping, then $50 CA paid to UPS when I picked it up for their brokerage fees.
Let me know how it goes if you decide to get it, or if you need a hand with install:thumbsup:
