Tires and Rims for 2005 Civic Si-G

I just want a head's up on where I should get some new tires and rims. I'm looking for some gun metal ones and I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. I'm going to need them installed and the whole nine yards. Any suggestions for the Calgary area or the online world? Thanks.
