ok i know what some of it means, but what about the rest, i know some of it might be ovious but its the first time i have had/seen one

I believe are all distance / markers.

60' = The Time it took for the distance from the lights to 60'

1000 = Same deal

1/8 is the time + MPH trap speed

Don't forget this is all imperial measurements 1320' is the magic number.
