Going to sign the condo contract tomorrow and I need to find a colour scheme for the condo and I've narrowed it down to these 3.

The condo will be north facing with floor to ceiling glass walls. I think the condo will be a bit darker since its not facing east/west.

I love the houses that are done in style of #1 so it gets my vote. Definitely not #3 imo and #2 is good too.

Congrats, it will look awesome!!!

I would personally choose #2.
They are all very different. Have you seen any completed ones with these schemes in person?

if u want lite, scheme 3, darker 2, and darkest 1... you said you want light because of the way it faces so your decorations also play a role in how much light you have aswell.

*edit* looked closer and liking 3 more b.c thats the color of my sisters apartament its a nice setup. good luck

No I haven't seen the completed ones as the building is going up 2 years from now. But the show suite they have is in colour scheme 1.

These are the only things from their site that had a "representation" of what the units would look like.

I picked 3 because dark hardwood might look nice, but it will always look dirty and show the dust/dirt very easily.

If you think the condo is likely to be darker because of the northern exposure, then I'd think you would probably appreciate 3 more. The light natural wood tones would probably make it seem lighter and also feel warmer - something you'd appreciate all year round. Also, the darker colors (especially hardwood floors) are way harder to keep clean and reflect dirt more and unless you're a compulsive cleaner or have a maid, you might appreciate the lighter colors from that perspective as well.

No not at all. It's Castello tower. You can find their website at http://www.castello.ca.

#3 looks fresh, and I think it would be the most versatile to work with. #1 looks the most comtemporary. Does it come furnished already or will you be using your own? Maybe use that to help you decision.

Don't go with one although I like it best it will not bode well for resale, stick with 3 for resale unless you love 2.

I like #1 best, but I would probably go #2 for reasons stated above.
