no, it is currently registered in BC. It is a Vancouver car, but I got a block heater installed at Northland VW.

I moved here (Calgary) recently.

would you be interested in parting out those wheels pictured?

ONS

No, I don't have the stock steering wheel that was done before I owned the car. I am not sure if I would part out the wheels I will have to think about that. An OOP Inspection, if you are asking about an out of province inspection, then no I have not done one, but it has gone through Air Care in BC and passes with no problems.

Indeed, the winters in BC are much easier on any vehicle. Open to offers, but please no low-balling. This is a great car.

Was the tranny replaced with another used tranny? If so, do you know how many km's on it? Or was it rebuilt? Would you be willing to get it inspected before purchase?

Hey Everyone, sorry I have been out of town a bit, and haven't had a chance to check back on here to reply to the questions. I would still rather sell the car as a whole it just cuts down on the hassle for me, as well as I would have to buy new rubber for the stock rims so that I can still drive the car to work, and that just seems somewhat pointless to me.

I can look into getting the car through an OOP inspection, though I feel that if you want the inspection done its something you have to invest in yourself.

The tranny was replaced with another used tranny, to get a rebuilt one was just too far out of my budget. I don't remember off hand how many km's were on the used tranny, and yeah again the car can go through inspections, but I am not going to be paying for them.

ok, for him to do an OOP inspection he would have to fork out $100.00 out of his pocket and then the car would have to be registered within 10 days, otherwise the inspection would become useless and another one would have to be done. I also believe the name of the person registering the vehicle has to be part of the inspection request ( $10.00) as well as the inspection form, plus he'd have to register the vehicle once its all said an done, in order not to waste the inspection, so you see he would have to spend about $200.00, and he'd be stuck with a plate he won't use. Not to mention the insurance he would have to get in order to register it........so yeah...big pain in the ass!!

i guess reading is not your forte, he says he wont be doing OOP inspections, whoever is interested in the car will have to do it themselves.........which is the fair thing to do.
