Well I thought since there was a weight losss thread, we could do with a weight gain thread. Cause I've seen a few of those running around. Tell your goal weight and what you're doing to gain weight.

Start Date: April 11.
Method: Eating a shitload while running. [prob not best thing to do but my cardio sucks so if I eat enough it wont matter.]
Height: 5'10
Current weight:150lbs
Weight Gain to now:23lbs
Goal Weight:175lbs

I don't understand this thread..why would you want to gain weight unless you want to gain muscle. NOT gain weight.

Well I'm pretty skinny, so yes I want to gain weight. Saying that I obviously want a lot of it to be muscle, but it's still gaining weight.

i'm gonna wait till school starts, then see if i can get up past 155 @ 5'7

totally possible...at 5'8 1/2...my last weigh in was 194.4lbs...if u seen me...u couldnt tell.....hard work and proper diet...you'll get there no problem....good luck:thumbsup:

You guys reckon it will be possible with the running? I mean I'm still gaining weight just not too much.

i wouldnt recommend it unless u are going into a cut phase...
you def want to put on the bulk...then maybe add some cardio to do some toning..but i am sure there peeps who will disagree with me

Alright, well then i'd just recommend you hit alot of the weights and don't really do much cardio. Make sure you get some protein shakes too to drink after your done your workout. Good luck and keep us updated with the results.

i'm asian and ecto as fuck, i started out from like 115 lol, what waist size are you at?

i'm azn too (chino)...currently 33-34 waist...depending on the brand...
