I just got an 02 A4 and i was wondering if anyone knew of a good private audi mechanic, as a cheaper alternative to the dealership (which is expensive and far away from where i live).
I am taking my car to Continental to look at some minor things but does anyone have any recommendations for audi specific mechs?
thanks

Hey Sean I'll ask my buddy where he services his Audi. When I was thinking about getting an Audi too he told me that he has a great mechanic that could do work at a good price for Audi's.

I think I've read around here that Continental wasnt too great. Might want to try a search just incase.

I've heard that midtown service is decent, but they're far (around Macleod) . My dad usually brings the Passat to 2square, but they're expensive as hell, gonna ask him to bring it to midtown next time. Also heard good things about tunedub (but also in the Macleod trail area).

Sorry I've taken so long but the place is called Alvin Automotive and it is located near The Frank Sisson Casino just off of Mcleod Trail. The phone number to his place is
243 3491. I personally dont know how good this place is but my friend's Audi A4 and A6 are both in great condition.

Tunedub has been great to me, lower shop rates, and George is a certified VW mechanic.

Saying that, I have also been to Alvin Automotive, and its been great there...

Cant go wrong with either, but I think its easier to get into TuneDub!

Whats wrong with the car? Got a VAG?
