Wow
You surely invested so much money in this car since you got it.
I still can't believe that you don't want to keep the car after spening all the money to make the car running like a true beast. :dunno:

not to be negative or anything, even tho its one of the nicest sir i've seen, i highly doubt u can get $29 000 man, if u set ur price to maybe 20 - 25k, thats a bit more reasonable and probably save you a lot of time... my friend sold his 99 turbo'd sir for 18 last year

PiMpIn SmUrF
08-02-2006, 04:40 PM
im also lookin to trade for somthing more comfy, i.e truck, bmw, chrysler 300(again haha), big suv,
but once again a truck is my first choice as i need it

Yes it is a lil pricey...but that is what it is worth...if you cant afford it, dont buy it! If you walk into BMW and tell the sales man that your to broke and cant afford the "PRICEY" value of it then what is he gonna say?...Goodbye...

Bump for a really clean SiR...GL w/ the sale

Actually a brand new RSX-S will be close to $35k out the door easily.

I've been in this situation before and it sucks watching all that money go down the drain. Good luck with the sale, hopefully you get a good price for it.

:werd: The best thing you should do is part it out and then sell the car for a reasonable price. You may even be able to get what you want for it, in total that is.

ya im not even asking what its worth, why the hell would sell a car and throw in 25+ thouand dollars in mods for free?

ya its pricey but its cheap, let me see you go build a car like this for say even 35 thousand, i really gota see it

so u guys sayin im tryin to rip somone off? if so then please explain how? am i gaining money?

The only way someoine can get money back for their mods is if someone buys it and wants exactly what you've done. There is nothing wrong with that, it just takes itime. If you part it out, you can get the numbers you were talking about for those parts but if you put them on/with the car their value drops quite a bit.

I have a hard time believing you can get 600WHP out of that. Supercharged vipers barely put down 600WHP (some obviously more). Does anyone know for sure if that is actually possible?

The car looks pretty sweet, probably the nicest civic I've ever seen.

*bump* for a wicked car. worth every penny, imo.

Just to let the shit starters know, SiRs with 65K kms sell for $15K-$16K stock. mine has 62K kms on it and I wouldn't sell it for less than $15,500 (someone's selling their SiR on here with 105K kms for $15,500)

a lot of money has been put into this car and it's all new. It'd be different if there was 80K kms put on $50 grand of parts.

let the guy sell his car.

let the guy sell his car. exactly. this is a for sale forum. i didnt post it in the media or general discusion topics so no im not asking for opinions, i really need the car sold so i can move on to things i really need,

and yes when i do have the time i will get it drag dyno'd tuned, and if i was asking for what i put into it with the price i bought the car for then bump $40'000+, and thats cuz i got the car for a good deal, the person who build this car spent a shit load more, the car would be around 50+ thousand, but ofcourse i would never ask that, that would be dumb, and once again im not asking what i put into it, im taking a huge loss here,
its like me sayin, BUMP new price 15 thousand, haha this car would be sold the next day, HELL NO im not gona ask that low, my asking price is pretty damn fair. and if it does not sell then no im not gona lower it even more and loose even more money, ill figure out a way to get my truck while keepin the car(i would love to do this)

How does that work. Civic mockers are just laughing cause he could be driving a 2003 M3 or something :dunno:

But he drives an entry level civic.

worth 30k? :banghead:

the 99-00 SiR is the highest level of civic for it's time you tard. power everything except seats, sunroof, heated mirrors, cruise control, A/C, etc. etc and you wanna talk about entry level?

just a friendly advise ...the longer you keep, the more you lose...I would suggest you part it out and sell it stock:)
