I'm going to wait another year before I buy, I'm thinking there's going to be a real estate crash. So I'm looking for a place to rent in Calgary, away from the ghettos of the NE and SE. I'd settle for NW, SW or downtown, just nowhere I have to worry about my car. Preferably with underground parking and I'm desperate for a place with a dishwasher. I'll take both an apartment style condo or a basement type suite. I'd like to stay around $400 included or $500 with bills. I'd even consider doubling that since my girlfriend might move in with me and we can split it. So $800-$1000 would also be in my price range if we were to live together. I need a place for October 1.

No roommates.

Good luck... everywhere down by me (17th Ave.) is well over 1,000. We pay 1,389.00 and split it.

Good luck man.

I doubt that you'll find anything better than that.

It's tough to find a place that cheap even outside of Calgary!!! Especially with underground parking etc....

I'd consider a 1 bedroom at the same price.

Actually we broke up 2 weeks ago but been thinking about trying it again. I just can't afford to live on my own. :whipped:

:werd: better to live in a small place than share a big one with a psycho.

I didn't notice that part where you said $475 a month. Anything available there?
