explorer.exe restarts?

Everytime I try to open My Documents or My Computer, my explorer.exe (the main screen w/ all the icons) flashes and resets not opening ne thing lol..

Anyone know "wat the problem is"..

it isn't restarting, it is crashing.

Could be a number of problems.

I know some divx files cause WE to crash.

I think all that porn broke your computer.
But really i'm not 100% sure, but te divx thing i have heard of before. Check out what processes are running and maybe there is some kind of spyware doing its work on there.

Your codec might be malfuctioning, as it's doing that thumbnail preview of a video file if you have any.

If you do have video files in there, reinstall DivX and other codecs.

ok i got it down to this spyware doctor program i installed.. did the codec thing also.. but its the spyware program..

so there have been a few installs and uninstalls of the spyware program.. when uninstalled it wont let me run iexplorer b/c it crashes.. then i am unable to open my documents and my computer...

so when it is installed it works.. but then when its uninstalled it crashes lol..

when the spyware program is installed my internet explorer works on my name.. but on the other user ID, it doesn't work.. haha WTF..
