Hello,

I am looking for an empty new home lot in any part of the city. If you have any information on one please let me know asap. There is also a finders fee for your help.

Go visit all the showhomes, I think some still have some available, even call around. Most companies are not doing the lists anymore because their houses cost too much for the average person to afford. Call the showhomes or visit, thats your best bet

Im talking about lots from builders like Shane, Avi, Landmark, Jayman, Jager, etc............ actually they won't sell you the lot itself, but will sell you a house with the lot.

If you mean just a plain old lot so you can build your own house with and not with a builder, then I don't know and appoligize for the misunderstanding.

Call the city of calgary, Last time I talked to them they were going to have some city lots available in fall.

Try Truman Homes, we know him in person, and got a lot of of him, have heard him selling lot alone..

I think you can buy lots in Okotoks Air Ranch without having a builder. http://www.okotoksairranch.com/ check it out I could be wrong.
