I heard there are rennovated condos in the old olympic condo area...hear signal hill maybe? it's suppose to be refurnished and rennovating, about 250-300,000 range -- I think it might be the called The "News" or something to that extent. Any help would be appreciated.

Yup your right . Shane homes bought some out and they are going to be totally redone...

Right now they are complete junk !!

When originally released they were going to be from the $150,000's. There is a few different floor plans. They have some neat features, some of them have awesome views.

They used to be pretty run down and called olympic villas or something.

I would be surprised if they were actually selling them between $250k- $300k. The photos in their website gallery look okay - somewhat bland but acceptable.
