RIV updated their list of allowable cars that can be imported to Canada and Toyota's 2007 lineup got included:

Does this make the 2007 Toyota Camry the best bang for the buck?

Camry LE V6 MSRP $23 500
x ~ 1.13 ( exchange conversion)
x 1.06 (gst) = $28148.30 + ~ $400 (daytime driving lights, block heater, etc) = ~$28 500 CAN

no duty cause the car is assembled in NA

transferable warranty

Wow... $28,500 is cheap for an 07 Camry V6 LE.

I'd go for the imported route for sure :thumbsup: Seeing as the "base" Camry V6 LE through a Canadian dealer is almost $32,800 with GST.

The '07 Camry's do look great. Especially the SE V6 :love:

As for the styling though, gonna have to partially disagree - I'm glad it's not so bland anymore, but it looks like it weighs 4000 lbs. :thumbsdow It's amazing how much the styling can affect how heavy a car looks - for example, the Euro Accord/TSX is 100lbs heavier than a 4-cyl NA Accord, but its cleaner cut lines make it look half the weight...

there are few Camry in TO thats done up quite nicely... did you encounter "Tony the Tigers"s Camry?

i remember him pulling into a timmy once and no one knew what he had under the hood and everyone was calling him a ricer cuz of the front bumper. tell he raced 3 guyz that night that called him a ricer and guess what the "ricer" went home $600 richer that nite.
