nice lakes around calgary

is there any good lakes to wakeboard in other then chestemere and ghost dam? anyone been to mcgregor lake? if so how warm is it?

Lake Mcgregor Kicks ass, Really clean lake!! Almost all sand too!:thumbsup:

Gull lake is kind of dirty and everytime I go there seems to be less and less water. I like Sylvan it's fun times.

Gull Lake is kick ass for wakeboarding. Slightly warmer than Sylvain and about 1/10th the amount of boats as Sylvain.
You can actually get a decent run in without having to turn or go through wash from 15 other boats.
Only problem is it is very undeveloped compared to Sylvain so there are less places for launching and parking etc.

i just was out at little bow today and man that place is awsome, smooth riding it was 72 F water temp there, great ridng for sure.
