I need a kick ass car alarm and installer.. where should I go?

So I've been having troubles (alot of troubles) with little shits on our street that thinks its fucking funny to vandalize cars, throw giant flower pots through windows, rip window wiper arms off cars, spit on them, etc, etc, etc.

So now its time to catch the fuckers.

I want an alarm with backup battery, backup sirens and also a silent mode so that if its set off the car does nothing it just notifies the pager alarm and a kill switch.

Compustar or what? and where should I go for the install?

Consider wiring up a webcam to a computer and using software that records with motion.

I was more looking for some personal experiences cause frankly that list is useless. And it's over a year old. If I wanted a list like that I would have looked in my current copy of the yellow pages :thumbsup:
